Worked with Jamie years ago to find my unit in Jersey City. He was not a pushing agent and let me take the lead during the whole process. He was responsive and always reply in time, even during his vocations. Right before my closer, he got a $500 cut for me because the final walk-through disclosed some cosmetic issue on the floor. Jamie helped guide us through the home buying process with expertise. His patience with us finding our dream home was immense. He helped show us many, many houses before we found our home. Moreover, he helped us get a great rate for financing our home as well. I worked with Jamie on selling a property in Jersey City. Jamie was great, detail oriented and has a great understanding of the market.
