I’m having a really bad experience with this company. And I’m still waiting for someone to return my call. 1st off I gave Daniel and Jack a list of things to be moved and they gave me a price, Simple End of story right? No. A company called Move Depot picked up not even half of my items they already charged me thousands for. in fact they charged me $400 extra cash to add my double dresser and office desk. Move Smart moved us into a new office and we couldn't be more thrilled with the service we were provided. The team was professional, friendly, efficient, and flexible. Stephen was wonderful to work with in getting everything set up and aside from their demeanor, their price point was competitive. I couldn't recommend them more.
Highley reccomend! They took care with our furniture and fragile boxes. I had heard horror stories of other moving companies and was hesitant to hire movers but they far exceeded my expectations and so glad I went with Move Smart.
Great service from Brandon and Nick! I had a terrible experience with another moving company when moved into my house but then had to move out of the house and put most of my items into a storage locker. I called Move Smart and these guys did a great job..showed up right on time and they were very efficient and didn't goof-off like the other movers I had used. I am a leasing agent at an apartment complex in Lewisville, and we needed to move a high number of tenants in a short amount of time, and we hired Move Smart. They were nothing short of professional, efficient, communicative, and so nice. It is hard to know what moving companies will be reliable, and they are people I would always refer to! Recommend them 10/10. Brandon is awesome!
