I have been going to Christina for massage for 5 years. She is the best! She makes sure I am comfortable and focuses on the areas that are important to me. I am always so relaxed during my appointments. If I have tightness or pain in an area, she is knowledgable on what to do to help. She always gives me advice on the best stretches and foam rolling techniques for my problem areas. As a runner, she has kept my muscles feeling good for training and races!

I love going to see Christina. She has been working on some of my injuries and my general neck pain and it has helped immensely. Her space is fantastic and parking is always easy.

I've been coming to Christina for almost a year for therapeutic work on a few areas. She is very knowledgeable and is able to work a muscle loose without the all to common discomfort. I also like her attitude of "lets get the issue resolved". Also, if something is not working, she will change it up until she gets a result. And her studio doesn't smell like a Yankee Candle Company shop. Highly recommend her. JT
