Nothing but love and motivation at MOVE!! The level of experience doesn't matter. The trainers will adjust to you while pushing you to do more. Corrections are made on the spot if you're not doing a particular exercise correctly.They listen and make necessary changes if you let them know something hurts or doesn't feel right.
