I do not work for Move Cheap Cincy nor do I know any of them personally. I have used move cheap cincinnati THREE times and EVERY SINGLE time they have been fantastic. I have never an item broken nor a wall dinged. Don't listen to these bitter, grouchy reviewers on this forum! I received nothing but timely, quality, and affordable service. Had a bad experience with them moving some heavy furniture and a piano. Told them in advance they were moving a piano and it was heavy. They showed up the day of the move without a furniture dolly and said they thought about bringing one, but didn't they they needed it. Needless to say they put some good scratches/dents on my hardwood floor. I'm a little upset about it, but what I'm more upset about is the fact that they keep blowing me off and never return calls. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Trust me. I made a reservation with Move Cheap over a month ago to move me from Loveland to Covington on 6/30/12 at 1:00 PM. On 6/29/12 at 4:00 PM I confirmed with the company that they would be arriving the next day at 1:00 PM. Call Move Cheap! – I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Move Cheap. From the time I booked my move with them through completion of their services. I feel like they were really on their game! The two men who came were very polite and professional. This was the third move I've ever had, and I wish I had called theses guys the first two times.

Great Experience – I had an exceptionally pleasant experience with Move Cheap. I am recently divorced and had to move my stuff last minute. The men who came were quick, courteous, and helped me move through a bad situation. As odd as this sounds, the movers were the best part of my divorce! Tell Shane & Corry I said thank you!

You get what you pay for.... – Very unprofessional! They were not careful bringing the furniture down the stairs and there there was an unreasonable amount of dirty hand print and scuff marks all down the wall. When I brought it to the movers attention and asked if he would clean the walls when he was done, he said "No I am not a cleaner." When I asked what would be done about the walls he said, "Why don't you move the f**king boxes yourself, walls get dirty when there is large furniture." Damaged Everything – I have so many regrets about using this company. The movers were unprofessional and poorly trained. Not only did they damage my furniture getting it down the stairs but when it came time to unload 75% of my furniture was damaged. And 2 1/2 months later I still don't have my insurance claim reimbursement. Do not use Move Cheap!!!

Dishonest Movers – I did some research on this moving company before I went to hire them and thought some informtion should be brought to the attention to any customer looking to use this Move Cheap company. This moving company is involved in an on going investigation with the Boone County Sheriffs Department for theft of a firearm and that one of his employees has a warrant for his arrest for the theft of that gun.
