Really wanted to like this company after using them the first time. But my 2nd move with them, which cost an insane amount and ended with some of our furniture being noticeably chipped and damaged, is only part of what warrants this review. On top of dropping nearly $2k on a local move 10 minutes away and the furniture being visibly damaged, it has been nearly impossible to get a hold of someone to look into the damage claims. If I could give this moving company 0 stars I would . First I provided the right address and they arrived on the other side of town. Then when they finally arrived they didn’t have no tools so they used my small tool set to break down things . I had a one bedroom apartment and moved to a similar one right around the corner. It took them 8 hours to do this . I still was charged over 800$ for them taking their sweet time and me being their last client of the day.
