Highly recommend. Not only was the price good but the team was great. Would use again and already recommended to a friend who is moving. I was living in a space with steep stairs and moved into a spot with tight entrances. The team was efficient and all my belongings ended up in my new spot in one piece. They were also awesome with placing things how we wanted them.
Could not have asked for more. I had to move a very delicate, heavy, Italian glass desk that was also gigantic and impossible to take apart (the only way to get the monster through narrow passageways in my condo); a challenge to say the least on multiple fronts. Alex and his team worked carefully, intelligently, and patiently to figure out the best approach that had flummoxed other movers. First time using movers and I couldn’t recommend Move and Improve more!! Great service from our initial phone call, all the way through the move. Our movers, Val and JB were the absolute best of the best and made our moving experience stress free and so easy!
Over this weekend, I engaged the Move and Improve services for the fourth time for my move to Boston. I have the best experience for all my moves with Alex and his crew. I moved 4 times in the last 7 years and I knew that the move will be smoothly handled by them. I am a repeat customer. For my most recent move, Val and Kambolat did a fantastic job. Hard working, great manners, and handled a complicated move (2 pickup locations and 2 dropoff locations). They took special care of artwork and fragile items. Val gave good tips on making things efficient and Kambolat actually fixed the setting of my car trunk. Alex replied to my inquiries quickly.
