I wanted to add to my original comments about my beautiful dream house since we have been living in it. It is extremely energy efficient. There is no attic to heat up the house or ductwork to maintain since it is cooled with split mini AC units in the living room, and each bedroom. Cooling can be customized.The natural lighting in the home is amazing, lending to an open airy feel throughout much of the house. I wouldn’t recommend this business. I tried to schedule a tour, but was told I had to be prequalified first. They asked if I owned land and requested financial information before even allowing a visit. This is very unprofessional and a major red flag.
