Absolutely no care for the tenants. We used to rent from Catherine Russell and it was the worst one we’ve ever dealt with. We asked to move into the property in 3 weeks time but we were refused and told we needed to sign the lease that week. We did not argue as finding a rental can be difficult and we loved the home we got. But when we moved into the house it was filthy!
