I had a really positive experience with the staff in terms of friendliness and customer service. My stylist was very kind and welcoming, as were the other employees, so I want to acknowledge that. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the actual hair result. I specifically asked for a lot of dimension throughout the front, with the blonde brought higher up to help disguise a noticeable band from previous colour.
