We highly recommend London Smart Plumbing. We recently had a a shower installed in our second bathroom and also had the water copper pipes changed. Mourad and his team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They made it easy for us and took care of everything. We've been using LSP for our shared commercial kitchen plumbing needs and very satisfied with their work and fair pricing. Mourad is very honest and responsive via text, and does his best to deliver the job in a timely manner with a reasonable cost. Strongly recommended.
Highly recommend London Smart Plumbing/Mourad for exceptional service. They were one of the only companies that were responsive on the weekend which is important because you can't control when your pipes give up on you. The technician was very efficient and polite. The consultation fee alone from other companies cost almost as much as this place charges for actually solving the problem. We reached out to Mourad for a sink/faucet hook-up following a new counter install. He was very responsive and helpful throughout while I finalized timing with the countertop installers. He did end up missing our original appointment, however we are all human and he came out first thing the next morning and also gave me a slight discount on the service. I would book with Mourad again in the future. Edit: I did indeed book London Smart Plumbing again and had another 5 star experience with no issues.
I have dealt with the team from London Smart Plumbing on 3 bathroom projects and recently a kitchen project. Always came though even on relatively short notice. The job was done quickly and neatly. Never had an issue with work done. The kitchen and was completed a week ago. Once again an very nice job and no fuss and no mess. If you want a job well done and reasonably priced, call these guys!
