I had the same issue with Dr elgazzar. I was having really awful.pain. he prescribed me vicoprohen. Worked great. After a couple refills I got a matter saying find another Dr. For no reason. I think he got in trouble or something happened Cause that also happened to an older lady that I know. She had cancer and pain from that and he did the same thing to her. And this was 10 yrs ago for me.
I went to Dr. Elgazzar for 6 years since I moved here from Illinois. I was having pain issues and he sent me to Dr. Diab. They said I had fibromyalgia. I had a few MRI's which showed I have 3 herniated disks in the neck which are not so bothersome except in my shoulder. Dr. Diab perscribed all elavil, cymbalta, lyrica which blew me up like a balloon. I went in with and MRI that showed I had a tarlov cyst and they didn't understand what that was. Dr. El Gazzar is very friendly and thorough. The wait time is sometimes long but the staff and he are worth the wait.
This guy is not a brainiac. doesn't know what he is prescribing. prescribed a drug, with side effects increased by a specific condition the patient had, then when called, he eventually called back and said it's fine keep taking it. got a second opinion and what do you know? other doctor said to stop it immediately
He has been my doctor for 21 years and now my children also see him. He had a excellent bedside manner and cares deeply I his patients. Most importantly he believes you when you tell him something is wrong with your body.o
