Jess, the lady who answered the phone for the clinic is an absolute all-star at her job. I called in to scheduled an annual wellness physical and labs. She asked all the right questions regarding how they should bill/word the physical. I had major billing issues the last time I had a physical and labs and ended up having to pay for it all because Sanford billed it incorrectly. 6/12/2025 a very rude nurse named Amalia (if she even gave her correct name) works in the ER. She had no compassion. She comes off as very judgmental and racist. If you don’t want to do your job maybe don’t be a nurse! Get some bedside manner. It’s sad, you make the ER dept at the Stanley hospital look bad. Treat people better… please! These people travel and they come sick and stressed. People don’t need to be treated badly when they are coming for help. Dr. Moberg was the attending physician tonight.
