Jess, the lady who answered the phone for the clinic is an absolute all-star at her job. I called in to scheduled an annual wellness physical and labs. She asked all the right questions regarding how they should bill/word the physical. I had major billing issues the last time I had a physical and labs and ended up having to pay for it all because Sanford billed it incorrectly.
