Kandace Kelley runs this place and lets me neighbors next door have loud sex and hollar the F word and hit on the walls loud stomp on the floor and claims to be a Christian. Now what kind of person puts a tenant threw that. I thought about taking her and E 6 to court but trash like that isn't worth it!
Neighbor's in E 6 kept me up every night hitting on the walls loud vulgar curse words and stomping on the floor. The whole time I was there it was terrible. When I finally complained about it to management it took over a month for them to finally say something to them. Kandace Kelly runs this place and she is a horrible manager!
