They are very kind and welcoming, and they are fast and do a good job at what they do especially Isabel best hygienist ever!
I have had a terrific experience at Mountain View Dental- the staff is friendly and courteous with patients and in their interactions with each other. There’s a hum to the office like a happy beehive. The dental techs - Amber and Bailey are terrific- super competent and professional. My dentist, Dr.Felicia, is very professional as well. Not liking how they call to rescheduled you when you have proof of the your next visit. They just want your money and expenses.
The hygienists, the dentists and the office staff are fairly friendly. However, they do not respect patients' time. I've used them for about 3 years and they have never had my appointment ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. I've even waited up to an hour. The last time I went I had other patients come in after me being served before me and I was just there for a cleaning. I really don't like waiting for 15 minutes to an hour to get a cleaning for an appointment I made 6 months prior. They also charge additional fe... read more
