Not liking how they call to rescheduled you when you have proof of the your next visit. They just want your money and expenses.
The hygienists, the dentists and the office staff are fairly friendly. However, they do not respect patients' time. I've used them for about 3 years and they have never had my appointment ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. I've even waited up to an hour. The last time I went I had other patients come in after me being served before me and I was just there for a cleaning. I really don't like waiting for 15 minutes to an hour to get a cleaning for an appointment I made 6 months prior. They also charge additional fe... read more
Katybeth Cañas has great costumers service and always with a smile on her face...makes you feel welcomed
Amazing every single time, absolutely adore bringing my daughter here, the appointments are quick the staff is so caring, specifically Kathybeth. She helped us get in and out she was quick to greet us walking in, she didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had, so cheerful and excellent customer service. I look forward to our next visit!
