I am appalled by our experience we had with UDC. My Fiance and I recently moved out of one of their locations, Mountain View Villas, and we were repeatedly misinformed by their head manager. We were ultimately charged $1,600 for damages that were normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not in their dictionary, obviously. We also hired a cleaning company to come in and deep clean everything before we moved out to make things less difficult for the landlords- obviously this was the wrong decision.
