I went there ONE time with my daughter and it was great ! I loved Stephanie and my daughter felt more comfortable with her 🖤 the experience all together was like 45 minutes if that and it was smooth and quick. The receptionist, they do get busy and me working registration for the hospital I know the rules on some of the things to take for baby girl, but all in all she was quick and nice .
