Be aware ~ this urgent care even though it has the name Mountain View (as in the local hospital) they “are not associated with the hospital” and bill as specialty services. I was charged for the urgent care visit AND separately by the physician!!! When I called the office to understand they said everyone knows this. I am new to the area and did not know. So shady!
I was waiting far longer than any of the other patients and the diagnosis was non existent as well as the fact that I’m 55 yo and I know what medication works on me and what doesn’t. Still being prescribed a cheap and worthless pain med for a rash that is painful is ridiculous! So it was not a good experience. Especially since the receptionist started by putting my paperwork on the bottom so I was last even though I was in there before at least four that were called back before me
Plenty of parking, seating, and friendly staff. Very busy sometimes so there is a wait but the doctors are kind and good at their job. Def recommend!
