Everyone complaining in the reviews are Karen's. The staff was nice, to the point, professional, and quick. No complaints from me.

My medical insurance card was covered Urgent care. However, there was no prompt on the front desk registration either. After seeing the doctor (who hold only two minutes for the examination and then He told me that I couldn't see here and asked me to go to the Emergency), after 3 months I received a bill of several five hundred dollars. I just felt that there was dishonesty involved.

Front desk lady was so rude! It was my first time visit, I walked up to the front desk and the woman completely ignored me while she was on a call, fine. I’m patiently waiting a couple minutes for her to acknowledge me. Then she asks if I’m here for urgent care, in which I say yes. No hello, how can I help you?. Absolutely horrible and disgusting treatment - I went in there yesterday, as soon as they opened (9AM), seeking treatment for a possibly dislocated finger and was told there would be a 4 hour wait. When I inquired as to the reason for the delay, the response I got was "the doctor will see you when he sees you". Obviously URGENT patient "care" is not their top priority!
