Timely, polite, and provides a comfortable waiting room environment.
I wished that I could say that I loved getting my ta ta’s squished, probed, and hung (mri), but the fact is that part was uncomfortable. The good part is the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease! Thank girls for All that you do!
The best place for a mammogram! I have been going to Mountainview for several years! The office staff and technicians are so very nice. My results are sent to me very quickly too! Thanks to the staff for making this yearly exam a pleasant one!
What a great place to go when you need any kind of procedure done! I won’t go anywhere else even though I live an hour away. They are always so kind and helpful but what I love is how quickly they take care of me. Billing is always explained and they are always willing to work with my insurance issues. Best place ever!!!
I recently wrote a very negative review about my experience at Mountain View Imaging. Following my negative review I received a telephone call assuring me that my concerns would be addressed. I agreed to return and give them an opportunity to meet my expectations. I am glad I rescheduled, my second appointment went much better. If my first experience went like my second, I would have rated them five stars. Thank you for making the effort.
Wonderful place & the staff are EXTRAORDINARY!! They go out of their way to help me because I'm extremely claustrophobic & had to have an MRI. Won't go anywhere else!
