Had a good appt with cindy Things went fine. Enjoy talking health stuff with her
Dr Klair was good, some of the office staff are professional, some aren’t. My biggest complaint is that it took almost a full year from when I first called to set up the appointment to getting a referral to the DME company.
Dr. Klair failed to explain accurately what the sleep study would entail. She never told me the bright lights from the hallway would be beaming brightly into my room all night. She never described how restricting and itchy the wires and sensors would be. I didn’t get any sleep during my study and was in a state of discomfort and anxiety throughout the entire time. Dr. Klair should come down to the actual sleep lab and see for herself and then explain to all of us why these extra annoying variables were not articulated by her... read more
