I had moved to Las Cruces and was trying to establish a PCP. First I was refused service of any kind because I was previously in a car accident. I was left a voicemail message by an assistant twice, stating "We are canceling your appointment, we don't see car accident people". When I called and argued and questioned why I was disqualified from basic health care because I was an accident, they were reluctant due to payment concerns until I said I was going to ask employee health, HR, and my lawyer's opinion on the practice. I am very grateful 😊 to have Miss. Shayne,🧑‍⚕️ as my nurse. She helped me with Workmen’s Comp and my FMLA paperwork 📝. She fought for me with Workmen’s Comp. When they denied me.She helped me with my disability paperwork.📝 She also help getting it approved✅. She really knows what she’s is doing in her job.🤩 I am so grateful🙏🏿 and thankful 🤗to have her. She always went for the extra mile to help me👏🏻. She is still helping me to get better ❤️‍🩹. Thank for everything u do for me. 🥰
