Interternal medicine Staff was wonderful, very helpful and fast.
The worst. They make you communicate via a portal that nobody checks. My primary care doctor (a first-year resident) isn't even listed in the online portal that they insist you use. If you have any questions about prescriptions they refuse to communicate with. you.
I tried for a week to get a prescription refilled and could never get anyone to answer the phone or even a voicemail to leave a message. I'm changing providers.
