I made an appointment online with Dr.Baker for a new patient appointment. Only to recieve a call the next day from his office saying he isn’t accepting new patients. Claiming I clicked follow up, when I clicked new patients. Maybe yall should fix your website and stop false advertising. I’m still trying to figure out how they have 4 stars when that lady in the phone had nothing but attitude. I wouldn’t waste your time or your money with these people

I have Mia Saenz as my primary care. She is knowledgeable and caring when I finally get to her. My appointment for July 31 was just postponed until Sept 16. My repeated requests to move place for MRI and bone Density test( due to facility lacking the correct MRI machine and technician being unavailable for density test) have gone unanswered. Not sure where the problem is but this patient is thoroughly frustrated!.
Alejandra and ashley at the front just aren't it. super disrespectful and rude just because my husband forgot to bring his info. this really made me upset why just because you're 3 minutes late they have to reschedule? and my husband got referred by a doctor weren't they supposed to have his info? aren't they able to request it?
