Update: Spoke to Eddie at Dr. Cuevas' office. Nothing but the best for Eddie who had worked for my old doctor (Dr. Hernandez) for 15+ years as he stated. However, it took 9-1/2 minutes on the Mountain View call system (pressing menu buttons, on-hold, etc.) to return his call. Dr. Cuevas, I'm sure, is a fine doctor. It's Mountain View and their poor, expensive patient customer service that is at issue. Ever since mountainview took over my old doctor's office it's been downhill. I have seen Dr. Cuevas two times and on both occasions I have been impressed with the amount of time he has spent with me. I don't feel rushed and I'm able to explain my reasons for being in his office and then working with me to find ways to resolve my issues. I will certainly continue to use Dr. Cuevas as my primary care physician in the future.
Good afternoon! This review is to let you all know the great experience that I had with Dr Reyes Cuevas today. I was so surprised that a doctor took the time to review my medical history by the time of my appointment. Dr Cuevas also spend a good amount of time analyzing my problem and paying attention to my needs.
