STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC UNLESS YOU WANT EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE (HEALTH AND FINANCES RUINED). Have had continual issues with this clinic. Laura Ortega when I first came to this clinic prescribed medication that compounded to make my heart rate rise to a high rate when combined. Currently she ordered labs incorrectly and kept ordering medications incorrectly. Practice manager Berenice Villegas is no help. Called and the answering service had some kind of issue hearing correctly couldn't understand what I was saying about my insurance which is state insurance which is Medicaid apparently they don't accept Medicaid apparently they don't accept my insurance and then the rude receptionist went on to tell me that I wasn't talking to her correctly when I was informing her of facts and they should really get someone who knows how to do their job and who isn't so sensitive because literally I did nothing wrong anyways I guess I'll fi... read more
Useless and dishonest. Was on hold with Clara who said I couldn’t go to the 11 AM I booked today with Dr Fahran online early this morning because he’s not in my insurance network of Blue Cross Blue Shield (???? Really???). I am an established patient there (always had this insurance) and was treated poorly in trying to find my next option. My usual provider didn’t have any same day appointments which I was fine with. I was so desperate to get seen today for a major injury that I said I’d just pay out of pocket for the visit ... read more

Went here because I was having bladder problems and the Dr I saw is no longer there, but she ordered an ultrasound of my bladder at Memorial Hospital. When I got there the two technicians asked me did I have a total hysterectomy. I said yes I did. They said we don't do ultrasounds on the bladder of women with no female sex organs. I was shocked and told the Dr and she said NOTHING! 3 years later and I'm still having bladder problems and finally got in to Rio Grande Urology and have an ULTRASOUND OF MY BLADDER scheduled now. ... read more
