Super receptive and understanding given my pain level and irritability. Kelly Harris took my concerns seriously and detailed to the extend needed for my neurodivergence. Absolutely will recommend.
They signed me up for surgery and did everything to wait until the last minute to tell me I have to pay 800 UP FRONT to get the procedure... Literally hours before the procedure.... I fasted and they tell me this. What a joke. Avoid this for-profit hospital as much as you can.
The Receptionist in STE A (to the right is pretty and pretty efficient! It is confusing when I'm here for a gastrointestinal consult at the Children's Center.
I give Mountainview hospital 1 star!! I give the whole staff at digestive health 5 stars! They are located at 4401 East lohman building 5, not The address they provided on Google! Once you go inside the building you take a hard right and look for digestive health. Mountainview disrespects the whole staff of digestive health by sticking them in the kiddie's table without a placard!!
