Called and spoke to a lady named Britney and she was horrible asked to speak to a manager and she said that she would not let me speak to a manager I see why this place has 2.3 stars. Britney you need to have better customer service or just quit your job.
I had an ultrasound done on April 8th. Since then I have been attempting to get the results. I have instead gotten nothing but the run around from Dr Philliposes office staff. I keep being told that Robert Harrison has my results. After a few calls to Phillipose and getting the same response, call Harrison. If, you are a Veteran DO NOT, DO NOT waste your time in this place. I got turned away the day of my appointment. After waiting months for an appointment. And suffering from an ulcer flare up. Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and blood in my stool. Their reason was, I didn't have my Veterans ID. (When I have never needed it) Because I had a consult from the VA Community Care. And because I couldn't remember the two medications I was on. When they are supposed to have that information. Which was sent to them months in advance. ... read more
I was referred to Mountain View Digestive Health through the V.A. I was sent a letter telling me to call them to schedule an appointment. Their line has sent me to their answering service continually and they always say that they’ll pass on the message and someone will call me back. For nearly two weeks, no one has called me back. How unprofessional. I’m trying to get surgery on my throat and they are slowing this process. I’m going to ask for some other service as I have NO confidence with this service.
Super receptive and understanding given my pain level and irritability. Kelly Harris took my concerns seriously and detailed to the extend needed for my neurodivergence. Absolutely will recommend.
