My husband saw Kerry Harris today and we were so pleased with the visit! Not only did they get us scheduled quickly but we showed up at least a half hour before our scheduled time and they got us in ahead of time. Harris was super nice, listened to my husband’s issues and was extremely helpful!! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!
Unorganized and unprofessional when it comes to communication and lab results. The providers are professional and lovely, but the system and staffing that take calls and messages are impolite, rude, incompetent, and have a habit of defending themselves with loads of excuses instead of providing a listening ear from a customer service/patient care standpoint. Called and spoke to a lady named Britney and she was horrible asked to speak to a manager and she said that she would not let me speak to a manager I see why this place has 2.3 stars. Britney you need to have better customer service or just quit your job.
I had an ultrasound done on April 8th. Since then I have been attempting to get the results. I have instead gotten nothing but the run around from Dr Philliposes office staff. I keep being told that Robert Harrison has my results. After a few calls to Phillipose and getting the same response, call Harrison. And after calling Harrison 2xs getting the same answer Philliposes office has to give me results as he was the referring Dr. Apparently his employees have no idea what the proper protocol is and frankly Im fed up with not... read more
