I have used these guys for a long time. The doctors and nurses are nice but their scheduling is ridiculous. I booked over a month ago for a follow up to an auto accident only for them to call 4 days ahead and reschedule me another over 3 weeks out. I am already in pain and waited. This is ridiculous. I will be finding a new doctor who can actually fit me in and keep appointments.
Dr is too conservative and doesn't follow through with needed testing.
If you are expecting seamless care or cooperation within the AllCare network, look elsewhere. After my original AllCare PCP completely failed me during an ongoing medical crisis, Corporate AllCare specifically directed me to switch over to Mountain View Family Practice. Instead of receiving help, I got a call from the Mountain View Office Manager who bluntly informed me that "that's not how it works."
