This facility is nothing more than a money grab for the very untrained staff. They don't return calls, They rush you thru as quickly as they can and really don't listen to what you have to say. Nothing more than a government Welfare office. Lazy Staff and very rude Nurses , Anyone can write a script and pretend they have helped you. Very unprofessional, lacking experience, I do not recommend this place to anyone that requires real medical attention. Note to all Staff. I did experience many administrative issues with Mountain View, family practice for the first year or two, but things have really improved since they’ve been taken over by all care. The medical professionals really do care for their patients and provide top level service. There’s still some improvements to make on the administrative side, but it’s getting much better. Thank you Laura M. and Mountain View for your efforts to serve your community. It is greatly appreciated.
There front desk people are always changing. They are rude and make you feel as if you are stupid. Love my Doctor there, but since Allcare took over and using this office as a training center the quality is terrible The lady who takes your blood (cindy) is rude and un professional. Been going here for 18 years. I always get great care from my doctor and his assistant
I never leave 1 star reviews. But I’ve been a customer here for over one year and it has been one poor experience after another. Not with the doctors. But with the admin organization and incompetence. Super frustrating every single time.
I agree with all the other 5 star reviews. Everyone in the office in extremely efficient and very friendly. I see Rachel VanderWall. She is the best FNP that I have ever had and never rushes my appointment. This is a great office.
