Always excellent care from the first referral, the front desk staff and Dr. Miller and her staff are GREAT! Thank you!
Inconsistent. Some practitioners like Kimberly are terrific. Dr. Cannon no personality. Hard to reach much of the time. As with much of Mt. View there are glitches way too often.
They continue to send me someone else's appointment reminders and test results even after calling to inform them that they are using the wrong email address.
If IF you ever see a Dr they are fine. The problem is they double and triple book. You are ALWAYS rescheduled. An appointment for 3 months a way turns into 6months turns into 9 months. I have NEVER been to the original scheduled appointment it is ALWAYS rescheduled. Do NOT go here. Find someone else that has scheduling policies that actually care.
