I call this "company" since i seen the add in The Morning Call for a free estimate. I called and the man I spoke to seemed very nice. Told me that he will stop over the same day between 1 and 2 o'clock. The tree that needed to be cut down was at my 73 ailing mother's home on the Eastside of Allentown,PA. He never showed or called.
