A big THANK YOU to Becky for working hard to get us a home at the last minute. Our rental had heating issues and Becky called all around to see if anyone had an opening that day for a party of 12! Thanks again for your hard work. It was a great long weekend with lots of snow!!
I would leave zero stars if I could. The staff - especially the owner Matt, and Becky are very unprofessional. The company is unorganized and lacks customer service. They give you unnecessary charges. You can never get a hold of anyone. It’s a small town, but that is no excuse to lower your standards to this level. Do NOT recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. Would not recommend this company for rental. We were suppose to stay Saturday through Monday 10/18-10/20. We had to leave on Sunday night due to a power outage that started early Sunday morning and didn't end until after we left. We understand that the company can't do anything about the power outage, but when we tried to call the 6+ phone numbers provided in the book left at the house and the numbers provided on the website and almost all were disconnected and no longer i... read more
Mountain Top has an awesome team of office people working for them. We had forgotten a lap top and called to let them know. They returned our call within an hour to let us know they found it. We have went through them yearly for several years and have always had great service.
