Absolutely horrible company. They send you to court if you miss a payment too.
Hold checks, online account information is never correct. Keep all payments handy they tend to not apply them correctly and you have to go back and prove it was paid Submitting to the utility commission can not get a live person to save my life
If I could leave less than one I would! Ongoing smell of raw sewage where I live and despite me calling them several times and them coming out once nothing is ever done. Its so bad I can’t sit on my back deck in the evening in the summer.
Small businessess still charged $230 per quarter, even during mandated covid 19 government restrictions/ closures? Less waste to process should = a smaller fee imo.
Horrible!!!! For residents in nuangola they play so many games and give people different stories. They expect us to pay for services even after said services have been shut off for months yet continue to get billed every month. And I'm not talking about paying back past due bills. Telling customers one thing, then giving the burrough a completely different story. Forcing residents to pay $70 a month for services that are not in use is beyond ridiculous
