Dr pater is an amazing surgeon. From the initial consultation to the day of my gallbladder removal surgery him and his team made me feel comfortable and were so informative on all the necessary steps i needed to follow to ensure to make my surgery as uncomplicated as possible. The day of the surgery I was so nervous and he made a point to come over when they were prepping me to re assure me that everything will be fine. Dr.Pater is an excellent surgeon took care of my emergency situation quickly and skillfully. He is an awesome doctor.
DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Dr Piotr Pater is a horrible surgeon. They hide all their reviews, i had to search hard to find his reviews, over 70% of people give him a 1 or 2 star review. Nearly every review i read that he game them INFECTIONS, massive COMPLICATIONS and/or DEATH. Absolutely horrible surgeon and the office is garbage. Ive called over 20 times (20 different days) to try and cancel my appointment, absolutely nobody ever answers the phone and they have no voicemail. This office and patient care is brutal. I have been contacting non-stop everyday for the past week for results on a CT scan for my child that was completed 3 weeks ago, and the complications aren't minor. Apparently office hours are 9am - 3pm. However, I just spend another hour from 1-2 trying to connect, and all I get is 'the office is now closed!'... like I said "brutal".
I cannot say enough good things about this office and surgeon and the treatment / level of care given. I would recommend this practice to anyone that wants superior care. Dr. Pater is very thorough and knowledgeable. Does a great job with procedures. His front desk , office manager is lovely and caring, very helpful. I know the wait times can be long but the office is worth the wait if you want trusted quality care and honest good treatment.
