Found girl at front desk to be ignorant Also the pool is freezing cold way to many people in pool at once shouldn't have so many swimmers like that as not much room for swim And biggest issue is waterslide my son ended up with a sore spine due to the ring ridges inside the slide as they have you lay down to ride slide not good for little ones back maybe recommend having mats or allow sit up position
