Yes, she is on here reviewing herself..crazy, right? )If I could give zero stars I would. I lived here for almost 4 years. Nobody disputes they make it easy to move in. Be careful when moving out, thats when they will hit you with every charge they can. We received a bill exactly $8 less than what our monthly rent was, 6 months after moving out. *** said we owed three separate penalties: 1- not sufficient notice of moving out. 2- we signed a 2 year contract3- didnt do a walkthrough with the staff. Mountainside Manor, a HUD sponsored apartment, should be shut down for uninhabitable, poisonous living conditions, drug activity resulting in the murder of a female resident in the building next to mine, and management is abusive to disabled elderly tenants.I lived in Apt. 4231 from 8/14/2023 to 1/31/2024. I thought HUD provided clean, safe homes for the disabled.My apartment was contaminated by a leak before my occupancy and hidden by a rubber mat. 2 days now with no AC. We were told on 8/2 they would have the "gas" they need to fix it the following day. 8/3 now, and still no change. I have a child under the age of 1 who cannot be confined to one room with a window unit. This is not livable circumstances in the middle of summer. Mind you, the window unit, and power bill along with it, has been to my expense. They say they legally don't have to do anything about it because it's below 85, but when the problem occurred the day before it was above 85, and there was no urge... read more
