I’ve always had a really hard time getting my blood drawn. The MA’s usually poke me more than three times My veins are small, deep, and usually very difficult to find. But Yuliana was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. She took the time to find a vein and got it perfectly on the first try. I didn’t even felt a pinch and no pain or bruising afterwards.
