I have been a member of this gym chain for a year and have used this location for the past seven months. The equipment selection, open workout space, and sense of community keep me coming back several times each week. I also appreciate the plentiful clean towels and the recent improvement in front desk friendliness. Areas for improvement include employees spending time on phones or standing in groups while members walk by. I love the gym. Great equipment selection and I love the locker room. Gabrielle was also very welcoming and kind and answered the questions I had!

I have loved this mountain side location for the last 2 years!! However, recently, I’ve noticed plastic cups and dirty towels everywhere. In some areas, many weights/plates aren’t put back and it’s been generally un tidy in the evenings. Still prefer this location but could use a little more attention.

I cannot say enough positive things about this Mountainside Fitness location. After a terrible experience at Mountainside's "fancy" FLW location, I almost canceled. But this location kept me as a customer, and here's why: The head of training at this location is easy to communicate with, and he's actually present to talk to. He set me up with a trainer that would fit my goals. My trainer, Luna. She is the best trainer I've ever worked with.
