I cannot say enough positive things about this Mountainside Fitness location. After a terrible experience at Mountainside's "fancy" FLW location, I almost canceled. But this location kept me as a customer, and here's why: The head of training at this location is easy to communicate with, and he's actually present to talk to. Yowza! I’m new to this area and was excited to check out this facility. I called first and spoke to Zach! What a true professional that took the time to check my eligibility and guided me through my first steps on membership! Such a great reflection of this establishment! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for Zach! This is by far the best gym I have been as a former employee and trainer for 4 years at your competitor Lifetime Fitness the gym and vibes hit different. From the clean locker rooms to the quiet gym and views of the ice den it’s fantastic. I really want to come back and update this to a 5 starts but the only thing that has been disappointing in the last 6 weeks I have had my membership is the men’s steam room not working I would say 1/3 of my visits and I come in 5 days a week.

Jill Young is such a great asset to Mountainside Fitness. She makes working out fun! The gym is always clean! She knows all the members by name and makes you feel special! She ensures that you have the best instructors in each class and personal trainers to meet your needs.
