I cannot say enough positive things about this Mountainside Fitness location. After a terrible experience at Mountainside's "fancy" FLW location, I almost canceled. But this location kept me as a customer, and here's why: The head of training at this location is easy to communicate with, and he's actually present to talk to. He set me up with a trainer that would fit my goals. My trainer, Luna. She is the best trainer I've ever worked with. I have loved this mountain side location for the last 2 years!! However, recently, I’ve noticed plastic cups and dirty towels everywhere. In some areas, many weights/plates aren’t put back and it’s been generally un tidy in the evenings. Still prefer this location but could use a little more attention.
Ty at the front desk is the man, always super friendly. Remembers everyone’s names and does a great job with the guests. Keep on keeping on Ty
