My husband and I had the worst experience at the Cadence location. While we were working out, one of the personal trainers brought her client right in front of us, made perfect eye contact, and had her client just start exercising. The client had realized that the trainer put her right in our line of exercise, and apologized, but the trainer kept telling her “it’s okay just go”, prompting her to continue. Hands down fantastic gym. Clean. Great hours. Equipment available regardless if it’s busy or not. Great classes. But the childcare literally changed my life. 2 hour sessions with no waitlists or reserving a time, just show up and slap a sticker on their backs. They have a nursery, gaming center, bouncy house, basketball court, and tv room. All the girls who work in there are incredible. I’ve never had a bad experience or any of them be even slightly rude.
