I’ve been going to Mountainside Fitness in Ahwatukee for over six months now, and the experience has been phenomenal. The gym is always clean, well organized, and has everything you need whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or taking classes. What really makes this location stand out is the staff — especially Tatum. From day one, Tatum has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’ve been attending this Mountainside consistently for almost 4 years and it’s been so great! Consistent service and atmosphere, and has all the equipment I need (I’m a personal trainer elsewhere, so my expectations are definitely met)! Also, we LOVE the childcare. The staff are amazing, especially Ms Beth, and they all take great care of my toddler. Highly recommend this gym for your whole family!

I initially was coming here with my Friend so I can be his gym partner. The atmosphere is always Positive. There’s always someone at the door to greet you. They have a variety of machine you can use. They even have 3 different classes you can take. They have a lot of amenities including a Daycare center. Strongly recommended.

Mountainside Fitness Ahwatukee is the best around! As a mom of 4, the childcare is t amazing. My older two never want to leave! The staff is incredible and very friendly. We especially love Beth! I always know my kids are in good hands when she is there.

i have been coming to mountainside for many years and started at a different center but this one has always been my favorite! Always clean, super friendly emplyees, and my interactions here have always been much more pleasant than other gyms in the past. can get busy at the typical times any gym would, but plenty of open space and equipment to get a solid lift in.
