My husband and I went to another gym for years until we had our 3rd son and were looking for a gym with a more robust kids care. During our tour, Dayan helped us and he was so wonderful to speak with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and had great follow-up. We’re so happy we made the jump to Mountainside Scottsdale Pavilion and Dayan was a huge reason why! Best part about this gym is the location. Otherwise it’s just below average. Mens locker room will go 20+ minutes with 0 towels and this has happened multiple times in the same week. Got me dripping wet through the whole gym up to the front desk just to find somebody on TikTok 😭 crazy part is even after I went to the front desk towels still never arrived within the next 10 minutes of me getting ready. Go to EOS and pay the extra for towels
I’m from Vancouver and come down for a month each January. I always go back to this gym and this location. All the staff are super friendly. I can’t believe how clean this gym is! The gym floor, locker room, everywhere! Well maintained equipment and good selection of free weights. Great job guys. I will be back next year.
This is an official shout out to Caitlynn and Elliott, the Saturday night crew a couple weeks ago when the entire building was looking especially shiny, tidy and fabulous! Pavilions had been my home base Mountainside for ages and it looked the best it’s ever looked! (No exaggeration!!) They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your membership, after going in office, sending letters ( that they “require”) paying 6 months after I moved STATES away l, they sent me to collections over an additional 2 months. They cancelled my membership only after I had disputed- but ultimately paid it, my credit took a hit and mountainside took advantage of a 21 year old kid and taking a hit on my otherwise pristine credit.
