Wonderful gym!! The front desk was so friendly but what really sealed the deal was Leslie in Membership Services! Her personality is infectious! She was so warm, fun, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! She listened to my needs and highlighted the incredible amenities that were perfect for me! Her tour was thorough, customized, and she went the extra mile by taking the time to introduce me to trainers, fitness instructors, and other employees as we toured the facility. Great service from Leslie, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was good. Great gym, nice equipment, and very friendly staff make the visit worthwhile.
This is a good gym – they maintain their equipment well. It’s clean. They take care of the locker room. Staff is always professional and helpful. The cold plunge is well maintained.
