I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. Maintenance requests often take months to be addressed, even when they involve serious concerns. There have been ongoing issues with mold in apartments that have not been handled in a timely manner, creating concerns about residents’ health and safety. Lived there several years because nothing else was available to move to. Water leaks left unattended to for days. Especially when if it was nights or weekends. We were told to put a bucket down to catch the leak. Windows were messed up. We couldn't wait to move. When we moved in the oven had caked on food which we had to clean before we moved in. And we moved out everything was spotless yet manager didn't like us because we always called with leaks. SO she charged 45.00 from our deposit that was due upon our moving because t... read more
