Lived there several years because nothing else was available to move to. Water leaks left unattended to for days. Especially when if it was nights or weekends. We were told to put a bucket down to catch the leak. Windows were messed up. We couldn't wait to move. When we moved in the oven had caked on food which we had to clean before we moved in.
