Made an appointment to view the available apartments from their website almost 2 weeks ago and instead of them scheduling a tour for me to physically see the properties. They send me an email telling me about their application fees, paying electricity to Orange and Rockland, how much I need to make in order to pay the rent, plus a certain credit score to be a candidate. I like living at Mountainside Apts, but…. The management here is HORRIBLE! The tenants here have no one or nowhere to complain to. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Shame on mountainside for not informing tennants of new ownership & some one to contact about concerns.

The pictures showing under Mountainside Apts. are not pictures of Mountainside Apts. I'm not sure what is going on. They no longer have a website either. They are not obeying all NYS laws either. I have been living here for 3 years and would like to know what the future is.

I guess no one works at the front desk on days that end with a "Y!" I've called three times now, all on weekdays DURING business hours, and have not received so much as a call back. If I don't hear from anyone soon then I'll just assume this is how you treat your current residents, in which case we are better off not residing here. Utterly ridiculous that it's been over a week and NOTHING.
