Have been trying to reach this business for months. Phone # says disconnected or changed. Website appears to be active and looks like they are still selling bikes but DO NOT DO business with them as there is ZERO customer service. Battery has died with ZERO help on replacement options since they don't answer emails, their support form or phone.
Does anyone know if this company is still in business? I placed an order online for parts over a month ago and haven't heard anything from them since the automated purchase confirmation email. I have sent unanswered emails, tried their chat with us both which doesn't do anything and their number has been disconnected. I can't just throw away $100 like that, I live check to check as is. Please if anyone is local and can go to the address to check it out and pass on this message if they are open, I'd really appreciate it!
