I called Mountain one last week February 2 to get a quote for house insurance. The woman took my information to build me a quote said you’d call me back. She never did a week went by. I called again to refuse to take my calls again and then I called again and she left for the day. They don’t want to business with anybody else. Stay away from now.
we have been with Liberty Mutual for 50 years. Called Mountain one for some information spoke with James. He is an amazing person to talk to. And definitely an asset to your company. With that being said, we have switched everything over to mountain one and feel very comfortable about it. It’s very difficult at our age to make such a big change.
