I'll only post if it was a great or horrible interaction, this was a bad one. Mike answers the phone with - stating his name. Ok...and then tells me they can only look up parts by the part number - if that's true ok. But at least try to be helpful remember my man - return business is what keeps the lights on. Mine included.
