Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I bought my used trailer in February 2020 and I love the trailer even though it had a lot of issues when I bought it but I knew what I was getting myself into buying it as is. The problem is they never gave the title to my bank. My bank called them multiple times with no luck and I’ve personally called them probably twice a month for the last year with nothing but excuses. RecommendedI am so pleased with my experience with Mountainland RV. I was having such a hard time finding something that would work for our family. AC was amazing to work with and made the process so easy. Out of all the things I have purchased, this was by far the best experience I’ve had.
Poor customer service. Not helpful what so ever. I would not recommend buying your camper from Mountain land.
We blew a tire the summer of 2018 and it did quite a bit of damage to the wheel well and a little bit to the inside of the trailer also so we took it in to get repaired, they had our trailer for the summer because they said they were waiting on the wheel well to come in to get it fixed. we finally got it back and weren't happy with the repairs but talked with the owner and thought we got it worked out. well we didnt check the wheel well because it looked good as much as we could see until we had a flat tire this weekend so w... read more

Excellent folks to work with, I had my camper delivered, they took the time to walk me through everything, and made sure I was comfortable! Highly recommend your next purchase be through them!
