They keep postponing when they will come out to measure or to install, and the never call you to let you know of the changes. They say they will text or call before them come, but they never do. Terrible customer service. They also dropped off damaged window well covers, and they won't come pick them up to fix them. In fact, they won't even install the lift mechanisms or the lock mechanisms. I placed an order back in April on a rush basis for security covers since there were two attempted break-ins through my basement window. I was told in April that they would be out to measure in a week and a half. I paid the deposit and waited... Two months later I called to check on the status. I was told I was on the schedule for the next week to measure. So, I waited again. Finally, on July 15th I called to cancel the order. They promised a VISA gift card for referring other customers, which I did. The card never came despite repeated calls.
