Poor communication and poor attention to detail. After going back and forth with someone over text about what I wanted (I had to tell him several times what I wanted) we agreed to a price. After installation it was still not correct. I had to wait over 2 hours to get it resolved ( I was lucky someone from another store was there after hours and willing to fix their mistakes). I am now left with hole in my floor from them drilling to install a shelf I told them several times I didn't want. No apologies. Poor customer service.
I recently engaged with this company for an upfitting project due to their proximity and seemingly competitive pricing. After receiving quotes from other businesses, I approached them with a lower rate I had found elsewhere. A representative, who was initially accommodating, agreed to match the price.
