I'm still here but so far it's been a terrible experience. My appointment was at 9 and now it's 12:23 and my car is still not finished and they drained my battery and have to find someone to jump my car. They were late, inefficient, and didnt really know what they were doing. Hopefully there aren't more mechanical issues when I get it back but it was almost bad enough to where I asked them to uninstall the device and refund me.
Tech very knowledgeable and understanding. Definitely 5 star service!!
