Every appointment went awesome and Ben was the best technician that's ever worked on my car, so was Austin. Thanks.
Nice staff, clean facility. Came here for service the technician was very nice and told me that due to the vehicle being newer it may take longer than usual due to all the new electronics and systems they put in newer vehicles vs older vehicles. There was a TV in the lobby and they give you the remotes so you can watch what you want while you wait, also was able to grab a bite while I waited due to it being so close to restaurants. I'm still here but so far it's been a terrible experience. My appointment was at 9 and now it's 12:23 and my car is still not finished and they drained my battery and have to find someone to jump my car. They were late, inefficient, and didnt really know what they were doing. Hopefully there aren't more mechanical issues when I get it back but it was almost bad enough to where I asked them to uninstall the device and refund me.
Tech very knowledgeable and understanding. Definitely 5 star service!!
Very good experience was comfortable with asking any questions pertaining to my interlock would recommend to a friend Family, or whoever is looking for a interlock device
